Office Assistant

The office assistant will perform the following duties:

  • Phone reception - 40-60%
  • Relay calls to departmental staff
  • Re-route non-dealer calls through referral book
  • Process Invoicing - needs to be completed within the day
  • Process Checks - needs to be completed each Friday
  • Distribute the mail & faxes to staff - use of new mail box slots - daily
  • File Dealer Applications - weekly
  • File PO’s from Customers - as needed
  • Process welcome packages to dealers - daily
  • Affix postage to all packages and envelopes needing to be mailed- invoicing needs to be done- daily
  • Back-up on processing of invoices and checks when call volume is high - as needed
  • Supply orders and inventory tracking of office supplies - monthly
  • Maintenance of office machines - as needed
  • Updates to contact list - monthly
  • Dealer Training Sales Orders/Invoicing- as needed (can be twice a month)
  • Back-up duties as needed when Office Assistants are on vacations.

Compensation will be hourly with a quarterly profit sharing incentive. AEE Solar offers health insurance (including dental, vision, and a flexible medical spending account), a 401k plan, and paid vacation, sick days and holidays (11).
